When installing the ceiling light in the masonry structure, the embedded bolt or expansion bolt, nylon plug or plastic plug shall be used for fixing; wooden wedge is not allowed. And the bearing capacity of the above fixings shall match the weight of the ceiling light. To ensure that the ceiling light is fixed firmly and reliably, and can extend its service life.
When the expansion bolt is used for fixing, the bolt specification shall be selected according to the technical requirements of the product, and the drilling diameter and buried depth shall be consistent with the bolt specification.
The number of bolts for fixing the light holder shall not be less than the number of fixing holes on the light base, and the bolt diameter shall match with the hole diameter; for lights without fixed installation holes on the base (holes shall be drilled by yourself during installation), each light shall be fixed with at least 2 bolts or screws, and the center of gravity of the light shall be consistent with the center of gravity of the bolts or screws; Only when the diameter of the insulating table is 75mm and below, one bolt or screw can be used for fixing.
Ceiling light cannot be directly installed on combustible objects. Some families, in order to look beautiful, use three plywood after painting to lining the back of ceiling light. In fact, it is very dangerous, so they must take heat insulation measures. If the high-temperature part of light surface is close to combustible, they also need to take heat insulation or heat dissipation measures.
Before the installation of ceiling light, it shall also be checked: ①the section of conductor core leading to each light shall be no less than 0.4mm2 for copper core flexible wire and 0.5mm2 for copper core, otherwise the lead must be replaced. ② The connection between the conductor and the light cap and the parallel conductor between the light caps shall be firm, and the electrical contact shall be good, so as to avoid the risk of sparks between the conductor and the terminal due to poor contact.
If the screw socket is used in the ceiling light, the following two points shall be paid attention to in its wiring: ①the phase line shall be connected to the terminal of the center contact, and the zero line shall be connected to the terminal of the thread; ② the insulation shell of the light socket shall not be damaged and leakage, so as to prevent electric shock when replacing the bulb.
For ceiling lights equipped with incandescent bulb, the bulb shall not cling to the light shade; the power of the bulb shall also be selected according to the technical requirements of the product, which shall not be too large, so as to avoid the bulb temperature being too high, and the glass cover splashing down to hurt people after breaking.
The two wire ends connected with the power incoming line of ceiling light shall be in good electrical contact, and shall be wrapped with black tape respectively and kept at a certain distance. If possible, the two wire ends shall not be placed under the same metal sheet to avoid short circuit and danger.
Teach children not to throw balloons and other things at the lights and lanterns in the room, so as to prevent the decorations hanging on the lights from falling and hurting people or affecting the decorative effect of the lights and lanterns.
