Working Principle of Lifting High Pole Light

In addition to the electrical control system, a lifting system such as a motor is installed in the rectangular inner cavity at the bottom of the lifting high pole light. The electrical control system is installed inside the light pole to avoid the failure of the lifting movement caused by the harsh outdoor environment. Various circuit overload protection devices are provided in the electrical control system.
The electrical conductors of the circuits in the system are widely copper-plated silver to ensure good contact of the electrical connections. The elevating system of the elevating high pole light is to drive the light panel up and down through the motor, (electromagnetic brake type) worm gear reducer, safety coupling, main steel wire rope, auxiliary steel wire rope, rope splitter and moving pulley block. Worm gear reducer has strong self-locking ability, compact transmission and large transmission ratio. In order to reduce the gear ratio of worm gear and worm and reduce the rising torque, a group of moving pulleys is added to make the lifting speed of the light panel less than 0.2 m / s .
The main steel wire rope is connected to the auxiliary steel wire rope of the light panel through a rope splitter, which can avoid the winding of the auxiliary steel wire due to the stretching of the main steel wire. The main and auxiliary steel wire ropes are made of high-strength corrosion-resistant 6 * 19 non-rotating galvanized steel wire ropes. The lifting pulley group adopts hot-dip galvanized A3 steel bracket, stainless steel shaft, and copper pulley to ensure no corrosion and flexible operation under normal atmospheric conditions.
Hot-dip galvanized parts or stainless steel are also used for various fasteners, washers and other parts. The light panel is provided with 6 sets of guide pulleys and more than three sets of braking devices. During the lifting or lowering process of the light panel, the 120-degree guide wheels roll along the surface of the light pole to ensure that the light panel does not swing. The surface of the working part where the guide wheel of the light panel is in contact with the surface of the light post adopts a rubber hot pressing process. In order to fully ensure that the light panel automatically stops when it reaches the limit position, the light panel’s upward and downward movements are equipped with reliable performance limit switches, and are equipped with over-travel protection.
The elevation of the high pole light panel is achieved by changing the direction of rotation of the motor. For security and anti-theft, the rectangular cavity is equipped with a sealed door, which is equipped with a special door lock.
